Šimuni is a quiet fishing village with a marvelous, 700-meter beach surrounded by pine trees. Casa Carmen is the perfect getaway to enjoy the place and its beautiful surroundings on the island of Pag. The house is a five-minute leisurely walk to the beach and two or three minutes from the marina, shops and restaurants in the center of the village. The house is newly built, comfortable and modern. Two large balconies with partial sea view are perfect for breakfast and morning coffee, while the large back yard provides comfortable dining, relaxation, or play. Prepare fresh fish on the grill in the breezy evenings, amid smells of rosemary and lavender. The house has three bedrooms, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a large balcony on both floors. Strong wifi and air conditioning in every room. Free private parking. The nearest airport is in Zadar, around 1 hour by car.
