Casa Casolare is a part of The Residence resort, but has complete privacy. Casolares's guests can use swimming pool that is shared used pool with other The Residence guests. Casolare is a 1-bedroom cottage, ideal for a couple, friends and a small family with 1 child. The cottage has a private fenced yard with private parking. The jacuzzi is exclusively for the private use of Casolare guests. Taking care of every detail, the owners, with the help of an architect and interior designer, have created an interior that continues to the exterior and offers guests comfort, relaxation and the charm of Mediterranean easy living. This is also supported by the fact that we have used all natural materials, wood in pleasant colors, pure cotton and muslin bedding, linen curtains, truly a space in which you will definitely enjoy all your senses. The entire house is on the ground floor and has large glass walls that provide you with a continuation of the greenery from the garden. The bedroom has a large double bed, and an additional pull-out bed for a child. The bedroom has air conditioning and TV/SAT. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances for preparing, baking and cooking food: oven, stove, hood, refrigerator, chest, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower. Our guests receive bathrobes. Also available are large wardrobes, a washing machine and a robotic floor cleaner. The kitchen has a dining room and a sofa. There is also an outdoor dining and relaxing corners and an outdoor kitchen with a sink and a charcoal grill for grilling. Guests have at their disposal a fenced garden and a sunbathing area with 4 deck chairs, a parasol and an outdoor shower, and as a central place there is a jacuzzi with hot water overlooking the lake. Parking is available right next to the house, and entry to the parking lot is via a ramp for which our guests have a remote control.

Casa Casolare is located in a small part of Vrulje, in the Bilice district of the city of Šibenik, which is an 8-minute drive away. The special feature of this place lies in the fact that it is still mostly inhabited by permanent residents, there are no crowds, cars or noise. Right in front of Casolare, 50m away, is Prokljan Lake, which is special for its water quality: it is mixed with fresh and salt water. Namely, the Krka River and the Adriatic Sea flow into the lake. And this part is also a protected area of ​​the lower reaches of the Krka River. You can swim, fish or drive a boat in the lake. If you have a boat, we will be happy to help you find a mooring during your stay with us. In addition to the above activities, cycling is widespread on marked trails, which are also suitable for running or walking. There are several exceptional restaurants in the area, right on the lake. Krka National Park is only 10 minutes away by car (entrance Lozovac). You will receive all of the above and much more via our messages after your reservation.
