In the heart of the city of Korcula, a three stories high Casa Katina house offers four single bedrooms, a master bedroom, and two bathrooms. The living room with a kitchen and dining area extends to a beautiful terrace made of stone with a fireplace for your BBQ evenings. The house is over 130m² large and completely climatized.
Please note, if you request specific dates and I approve them, please ensure you complete the booking. Unfortunately, I’m unable to answer further questions unless the booking is confirmed, as the platform does not allow me to do so without an active reservation.
In the vicinity of the property, you can enjoy morning coffee and breakfast at local bistros, including the renowned Cukarin pastry shop. Located just 150 meters from the sea and a 2-minute walk to the historic old town, it's perfectly positioned for both relaxation and exploration.
