Our property is located in a peaceful and highly convenient area, where everything you need is just a short walk away. A grocery store and a gas station are only 100 meters from the property, meaning you will hardly need a car during your stay. The nearest beach is approximately 500 meters away, an easy and pleasant 8-minute walk. The old town, with its restaurants, cafés, and charming Mediterranean atmosphere, is about a 10-minute walk from the property. Everything is within walking distance, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about traffic or parking.

The neighborhood is calm, relaxed, and perfect for a peaceful holiday, away from noise but still close to everything you need.
