This jewel of an urban villa allows you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean experience. Tucked away into a peaceful traditional kala, this house allows you to indulge in authentic island architectural design equipped with top of the line modern amenities. The house is designed to provide you with a vacation of your dreams no matter where your interests may lie. The villa is situated in an ideal location, five minutes walking distance from three beautiful beaches and mere minutes walking distance from the center of the town. The entire street has been awarded the status of national cultural heritage. The villa itself is considered a cultural monument and is overlooking the famous 17th century Blessed Virgin's Mary's Church. The structure of the villa allows you full privacy, as well as an enclosed terrace yard carefully landscaped and ideal for intimate dinners in the summer evenings. For those days you do not want to share the beach with others you have the option of cooling yourself off in your own mini pool, perfect for star gazing that the island of Mali Losinj is so famous for.
The villa is situated in an ideal location, five minutes walking distance from three beautiful beaches (St. Martin, Valdarke and Bojcic) and mere minutes walking distance from the center of the town. For those who wish to explore the vicinity of the city center (500m) offers a multitude of cultural and historical sites, restaurants, bars and shops to satisfy anyone's culinary, entertainment, or nightlife demands.
