LUX attic apartment is perfectly located in historical city canter of old town Rab. Situated in the quiet, upper part of old town Rab, very close to the beach, city park and all the amenities of town of Rab. Apartment is in an renovated old stone house enclosed by medieval city walls. LUX attic apartment is completely newly renovated in 2020. It consists of two bedrooms (each with king size bed and flat TVs), bathroom with toilet, kitchen with dining area and dishwasher, living room with flat TV decorated in Mediterranean style and outside terrace. The apartment is ideal for families with 2 children or 4 adults. Only 2 min walking distance from beautiful beaches and city towers, it is perfect choice for a great vacation! All needed facilities like shops, pharmacy, tobacco, restaurants and bars, as well as small boats connecting old town with beautiful island's beaches are available in the closest vicinity.

LUX attic apartment is just few steps away from the pine park-forest Komrčar and seaside promenade. Getting around the city is pretty simple since everything you need is within a walking distance, but if you want do the sightseeing of the rest of the island there is a lot of taxi boats, buses or taxis that are running all day with a reasonable prices. Guests of our house will receive a parking card with which they can always get in and out from the old town without paying. Parking is available 5 mins walk from the apartment. Apartment has 65 sqm and one outdoor terrace with siting table. The privacy of the guests is our priority.
