Villa Ana Maria is located in a small village of Zaton Mali, 5 miles west from Dubrovnik city center. It can comfortably accommodate 8 persons. On the guest disposal are private 30 sqm seasonal swimming pool (opened from 15.05. until 31.10.), fitted with sun beds and parasols, spacious BBQ area with large patio for dining. Villa Ana Maria is very good equipped with all what you might need during your stay. The villa comes with 4 double rooms, 2 living rooms with SAT LCD TV and sitting area, 2 fully equipped kitchens with dining area, 3 bathrooms and additional toilette. Free WiFi, air conditioning, baby cot, children high chair, iron and ironing facilities, washing machine, dryer are at the guests disposal. Free private parking is available to the guests. Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out.

Zaton is situated in the beautiful bay of the Adriatic Sea, 8 km northwest of Dubrovnik on the Adriatic tourist road between the settlements Štikovica and Orašac. It is divided into Veliki and Mali Zaton. Name of the settlement associated with the name of a sea bay (bay = zaton) in which is placed. Everything you need for a pleasant stay during your vacation can be reached in approx. 350 m (restaurants, coffees bar and supermarkets). Zaton is a village in which the most developed branch is tourism, although it's the only settlement in the immediate vicinity of Dubrovnik, which has no hotel. It has developed the service industry to rent private rooms and apartments. Zaton has several restaurants, bars, shops, post office, travel agency etc. Dubrovnik ferry port and bus station are 10 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 29 km away from the property.
