Spanning 140 square meters, this spacious villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for two families. The home comprises two separate apartments, each around 65 square meters, rented together as a single unit. Each apartment features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area. The villa’s garden provides an array of amenities, including a seasonal pool, a sunny terrace around the private pool (7 m x 4 m x 1.40 m) with sun loungers and parasols, and an outdoor fireplace with a dining table and chairs for all guests to enjoy. Pets are welcome with prior notice, subject to an additional fee of 15 eur per day. Distances: Sea: 500 m / Beach: 500 m / Center: 600 m / Shop: 500 m / Restaurant: 500 m / Diving Club: 1000 m
