These two apartments are located on the first floor of a family house in Vantačići, approximately 3,300 meters from Malinska and about 450 meters from the beach. The first apartment, suitable for 2–4 people, is 40 m² and includes one bedroom, a dining area, a living room with an extra bed (sofa), a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a private 6 m² balcony. The studio apartment, suitable for 2 people, is 25 m² and features a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a private 10 m² terrace. Both apartments are equipped with satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, a grill, a coffee machine, and parking. Pets are not allowed.
