Property is located just by the Sea, in front of Yacht Club Orsan in very peaceful and quite neighborhood by the Sea. Old Town can be reached within 10-20 minutes while numerous beaches are 10 minutes away.
Owners are Marko and Marijana, a young couple born and raised in Dubrovnik ready to meet their guests. We bought the house in early 2015 and fully renovated it. As long time travelers we are trying to create a home away from home for our visitors with all services and amenities needed. Our property is smart, using key cards, self check in, smart lights, and smart air condition.
Neighborhood is close to everything while it is very peaceful, quiet and safe. Two yacht clubs are just in front of a property, numerous restaurants, bars/pubs, groceries and beaches can be reached in 5-10 min walking distance. Bus station for Old town is just 5 min away all in, easy and nice walking distance. A beautiful seaside walk around Babin Kuk peninsula starting from property back to property takes approximately 40min (4.8km) seeing numerous beaches, Restaurants, Sunset views and Uvala Lapad Promenade, all on the way. It is suitable for jogging and sports activities as well. We are providing brand new, high quality bicycles for our guests. Location is perfect for visitors who like to be close to everything, but still get to enjoy quite and peaceful stay with no noises or worries.
