The house is at beautiful location, with a garden surrounding it from all four sides. There is a great view from all apartments overlooking Gradac centre, Adriatic sea, Pelješac peninsula and Hvar and Brač islands. Private parking lot is accessible from the main road (Jadranska magistrala). You may find a property and the detailed directions on a Google map. Apartments are located at the first floor of the family house with a separate entrance . If you would like to rent both apartments at once, you would have a full privacy of the whole floor with common sitting area in front of the apartments and possibility to remove the separation between the terraces, providing a double terrace area. Also a portion of the garden with tangerine and fig trees could be at your disposal if required.
Friendly hosts all speak English and some of us also Danish, French, Italian, German and Russian. We are happy to extend a cordial hospitality to our guests. Our guests get a complementary bottle of Dalmatian red vine and the welcome coffee for the first morning.
Houses in the neighborhood are in a distance that provides sufficient privacy to our guests. The nearest shop is only 80 m from the house and the nearest beach 250 m. House is in proximity of one of the oldest parts of the city called Stinice. In Stinice it is possible to see old stone houses built in a traditional Dalmatian architectural design. In a distance of just a few hundred meters from the house there are historical monuments, church, museum, old cemetery, which is the protected monument, as well as interesting mountain tracks allowing long uphill walks.
