This beautiful holiday home is located in a quiet and shaded area, just 200 meters from the sea, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. The house features six fully equipped apartments available for rent. Guests can enjoy numerous amenities, including a covered lounge area with a billiard table and an additional covered terrace with a barbecue, ideal for socializing and relaxing in the evenings. A special highlight of this house is the jacuzzi located near the seating area, with three seats and two loungers. Use of the jacuzzi must be arranged in advance with the host, and it is not permitted for children under 15 years old. A beautiful heated swimming pool is located on the property. The communal pool is heated; however, please note that on cooler days the maximum water temperature depends on the outside temperature. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that the kitchen be left clean and that all trash be removed before departure. Otherwise, a final cleaning fee of 50 euros will be charged. Guests have access to a spacious garden and a barbecue area, and parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Heating and air conditioning are included in the price.
