Moderan, dizajnerski uređen apartman s velikom terasom na 2. katu, samo 50 metara od plaže, otvoreni pogled na more, neposredna blizina borove šume, mir, tišina, cvrkut ptica, vlastiti parking.
Apartmane smo uređivali vrlo pažljivo sa željom da se gosti u njima osjećaju lijepo, udobno, da provedu miran i opušten odmor. Zadovoljstvo naših gostiju nam je na prvom mjestu i potrudit ćemo se da gostima budemo na usluzi za sve što im je potrebno.
Mirna četvrt s obiteljskim kućama i vikendicama, dugačka plaža sa šetnicom uz koju su se nalaze brojni sadržaji za turiste: kafići, restorani, štandovi sa suvenirima i opremom za plažu, sportski tereni... U neposrednoj blizini kuće je velika borova šuma s uređenom stazom za šetnju, trčanje ili vožnju bicikla. Marina Baotić je udaljena 5 minuta vožnje automobilom, a stari grad Trogir s raznim povijesnim i kulturnim znamenitostima oko 10 minuta.
