The location is exceptional – only 50 meters from the Osijek Cathedral and the city’s main square, Trg Ante Starčevića. The best restaurants, cafés, shops, and city attractions are all just a short walk away. The apartment is very spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with large rooms and an interesting layout typical of historic city buildings. The living room offers views of the city, while the bedroom overlooks the peaceful inner atrium of the building, providing additional quiet and privacy. Guests have access to two comfortable queen-size beds (160 × 200 cm): one in the separate bedroom and another in the living room, discreetly separated from the seating area by shelves, making the space comfortable for multiple guests. The apartment is fully equipped for both short and longer stays and features a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances and cookware for preparing meals. Guests can also enjoy fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi and a large 55-inch TV. The bright and spacious interior is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening after discovering Osijek. For additional convenience, guests are provided with one free parking space at a fenced public parking lot located about 200 meters from the apartment (approximately a 3-minute walk). The beautiful riverside promenade along the Drava River is also just a few minutes away and is perfect for relaxing walks, cycling, or enjoying the view of the river. The historic baroque district of Tvrđa can be reached in about a 15-minute walk and offers museums, galleries, restaurants, and lively cafés. Public transport is easily accessible. A tram stop is located directly across the street from the building, with another stop about 100 meters away on the main square, Trg Ante Starčevića. The city bus stop is approximately 150 meters from the apartment. Both the main bus station and the railway station are within a comfortable 10–15 minute walk, while Osijek Airport is located about 19 km from the apartment.
