This 200 hundred year old family owned house has been restored to its former glory, allowing you to experience warmth and comfort it provided decades ago wile still having the accessibility of modern house. The restored furniture and antiques found across the house which add to the authentic atmosphere and make the house more comfortable. Perfect for groups or large families this secluded house lets you rest and enjoy your holidays undisturbed in the peace of nature and still close enough to the city of Dubrovnik thats a visit there would be barely 15 minutes away. Surrounded by trees which provided shade and silent this authentic property is perfect place for rest, relaxation and fun.

I’m Katarina, a mum who lives in Zagren but was born and raised in Dubrovnik. I like traveling and exploring new places and cultures. Our cozy house is located in a family-friendly neighborhood close to beaches, restaurants, and a shopping center. In my free time, I enjoy doing yoga, visiting museums and concerts, cooking, hiking.. We like to host families on our property.

Petraca is small village settled on a hill with a nice view, sarounded by nature, 5 minutes from center of Mlini where are beaches, restaurants and cafes.
