25min walk from the famous Zrce Katarelac beach near Noa Club and Noa resort. Only 5 minutes (150m) from Gajac Beach pebbel and sand beach in Kolanjski gajac. Our house is in Kolanjski Gajac - nestled between similar apartment houses in a row with a small back garden overseen with Lavander trees and a garden grill on the patio where you can sit and relax. Only 5 minutes walk (150m) from the sand/pebbel beach and at the edge of Kolan's field where you can hike and bike among vineyards and local flower meadows. In the neigbourhood is as well Kolanjsko blato a unique phenomena - sweet water springs that turns into small ponds and lakes depending on the ammount of water. The Kolan's bird watching reservat is only 15 minutes walking where you can observe birds from all arround the world. There is a waking path next to the sea that connects Gajac and Mandre that is 7 km longs along the seaside with night illumination along the path.
We give you a warm welcome in front of the Kolenko family that manage our Gajac Lux propertie. We have been renting our apartments for several years up to now and this is our family apartment that we turned into a renting property where you will enjoy every day of your stay.
You will be placed in Gajac one of the nicest apartment places on the Adria coast that is places between Kolansko polje - a meadow field with vineyards and olive trees and the breathtaking beaches that surround Gajac, only 5 minutes walking or 150 m away from the first beach.
