Možete koristiti parking pored objekta niz ulicu na kojoj uvijek ima mjesta, osim na ozanačenim mjestima, javni parking. Interneta povremeno nema. Ovaj objekt se ističe po blizini svega što je potrebno za lijepo ljetovanje. Kada se automobil jednom parkira, više ga do kraja ljetovanja nije potrebno koristiti. Studio apartman registriran za četiri osobe, ima sve potrebno da se gost osjeća ugodno, i da vrlo brzo šetajući stigne u Centar na koncert ili na kupanje na jednu od predivnih novljanskih plaža.
