Apartmani su smješteni u apartmanskom naselju u sklopu hotela „Punta“ u Velom Lošinju smještenom u ulazu mjesta Veli Lošinj. Iz balkona se pruža prekrasan pogled na more, pučinu i okolnu mediteransku prirodu. U sklopu apartmanskog naselja smještena je plaža dostupna svim gostima.

Veli Lošinj je smješten na jugoistočnoj strani otoka Lošinja, u podnožju brda Sv. Ivan. Visoke kuće, u prvom redu oko luke, te brojne raskošne vile s lijepim vrtovima, glavne su značajke ovog lijepog gradića, koji je sa svojih 900 stanovnika, drugo naselje po veličini na otoku. U uskim uličicama Velog Lošinja vide se raskošne vile nekadašnjih kapetana, brodovlasnika i bogate gospode. U vrtovima tih vila skupljeno je 80-tak vrsta različitog bilja, dok u velološinjskom parku, ispred današnjeg lječilišta, a nekadašnje rezidencije nadvojvode Karla Stjepana, ima više od 200 botaničkih vrsta. U neposrednoj blizini Velog Lošinja smještena je mala ribarska lučica Rovenska, koja plijeni pažnju svojom prekrasnom plažom, ribarskim ugođajem, tradicijom ljudi koji su svoj život posvetili moru i izravnom dodiru s prirodom.
