40 square meters of modern new studio in the very center of Dubrovnik,yet peaceful and quiet,with splendid views of marina, harbor,cruise ships and City. Brand new furniture and appliances, full kitchen with granite countertop, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils etc., everything you may need to enjoy cooking with local ingredients. Flat screen smart TV, Netflix, YouTube etc, AC and everything else for your comfortable and unforgettable stay.Accommodate up to 4 persons,queen size bed and sofa bed (convert to full bed).Free and secure parking on the roof of the building.
Close to everything, bars, shops, markets, banks..1-5 min walking distance. Bus station to the Old Town (and other parts of city as well) is in front of the building, and ride to old Town is around 8 minutes..or simply take a walk in beautiful sunny Mediterranean day and in approximately 15 min you will be in old city :)..
Main bus station is 10 minutes walking distance from the flat so it's convenient if you want to take a trip to a country side. For those who prefer islands, Gruz harbour and ticket office is 7 to 8 minutes away.
Gruz district is perfect for guests who want to explore all that Dubrovnik has to offer. Grocery stores,fresh fish and green market,numerous cafes and bars,restaurants,everything within 2 to 5 min walking distance.
Banks, bus station,port,travel and rent a car agency's boat trips etc.everything conveniently located 2 to 10 min walking distance.Apartment is located in the very center of Dubrovnik, very close to everything and in the same time if you need a good rest after a hot beach day or a peaceful sunset with a glass of wine on the balcony it's perfect for it. I have to mention that this neighborhood and city of Dubrovnik in general is extremely safe place to visit.
