Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with olive trees, lavender, and rosemary, the outdoor area is ideal for relaxing or socializing. The terraces offer intimate corners, a dining table, and a stone gazebo with a BBQ for perfect al fresco meals. A highlight is the private swimming pool (8 x 4 x 1.40 mts), discreetly set among the greenery and heated to a comfortable 25ºC year-round. The villa’s interior reflects centuries of heritage. On the ground floor, a private apartment includes a double bedroom, en suite bathroom, and a kitchen—ideal for staff or guests seeking privacy. A central wooden staircase connects to the upper levels, decorated with valuable paintings and Olympic memorabilia. The first floor features a bright, open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious terrace with views of the harbor. The master bedroom with a jetted bath faces the peaceful garden. Two more bedrooms (one double, one twin), a bathroom, and a cozy lounge area are found on the second floor, along with a quiet office perfect for writing or relaxing. Heritage Villa Baković welcomes guests into a true Dubrovnik lifestyle, where history, culture, and comfort meet. Villa can accommodate 8 persons.

It is great location, just few meters from the coastline. For those who want to book a boat/yacht for daily tour, it will come to pick them up in front of the villa. Local restaurants, bars are just few minutes walking from the villa and grocery store is just 1 minute walking from villa. Dubrovnik Old town is only 30 minutes walking from the villa, where all museums, City walls are based.
