An old stone house built more than 300 years ago located on the southern slopes of the island, blessed with the breathtaking view on crystal blue sea. Completely renovated 5 years ago! House has 3 bedrooms, rustic stone walled cellar with bar used as living room or dining room or even bedroom, separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and spacious exterior with pool area, open fireplace,garden and terrace.
Hi, I am Tomo! I love island life where I live all my life with my family! I work in our family vineyard and produce wine!
House is located on the southern slopes of the island Hvar,in Jagodna, perfect for relaxed holidays.Villa itself has 120 m2 and it is situated on the 20 000 m2 private estate.The nearest larger town is Jelsa (13 km), while the closest restaurant and small store with basic supplies is in Ivan Dolac (3 km). The town of Hvar is approximately 45 km from the villa.
Public transportation in not frequent on this part of the island, so we recommend you visit us with a car.
Villa Caric is a perfect place for all those who care not so much about the city proximity, but care rather about the beautiful nature, peaceful surroundings, crystal clear sea, relaxing walks and organic, fresh food and privacy.
