Welcome to our holiday home on the beautiful island of Pašman, located in the charming village of Mrljane.
Set within a spacious 800 m² property, our 145 m² Villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. You will love the lush Mediterranean garden with a swimming pool, a covered terrace perfect for BBQs, and a recreation area where you can shoot some hoops or play table tennis.
The property is private, secure, and fully fenced with automated sliding gates, and an EV charger is available for your convenience.
We are also committed to sustainability, utilizing renewable energy to power the entire home and run our eco-friendly garden irrigation system.
