Cosy Holiday Home Kate is the perfect option for all those who love and want a peaceful and relaxing vacation. If you are looking for full privacy and peace this is the opinion for you. The house is surrounded by green areas, and features a large and beautiful private salty pool for refreshment whenever you need it. The house is fully equipped with all necessary items for your perfect holiday: free WIFI, air-conditions, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and two big rooms as well as relaxing room. On the first floor there is a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, islands and surrounding places. Description: Capacity 4 + 2 person Swimming pool 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Fully equipped kitchen Washing machine Outdoor dining area Barbecue Parking Wi-fi Air conditioning Flat- screen TV (cable and satellite channels) Linens (that get changed every 7 days) and bath towels (1 smaller and 1 bigger for each person, and they get changed every 3th day Towels for the pool All is included in price.

It is located in the remote part of Malinska on island Krk (Croatia), in the lovely village Ljutići, but still close enough to everything you need. Only 2,5 km from the centre of Malinska and from the majority of beaches, offers you peace in the natural environment, as well as the sea adventures and many other entertaining and interesting facilities.
