Orebić is located in the southwest of Pelješac, on its most hilly part, at the foot of the peak of St. Ilija, in the narrowest part of the Pelješac channel. Across from Orebić is Korčula, connected by ferry. If you are a fan of quality wine, then Orebić is the place for you, since Pelješac is full of top quality plavac vineyards. There is also an interesting Maritime Museum in Orebić, where you will learn more about the sailors and their families from the peninsula.
