Holiday Home Roka is air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay during the warmer summer days. The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The first floor also features an additional kitchen, a living room with dining area, one bedroom, and one bathroom, making it ideal for larger families or multiple groups of guests. A special highlight of the property is the spacious terrace, which features a beautiful 36-square-meter swimming pool, surrounded by 8 sun loungers for complete relaxation and enjoyment. The terrace is also equipped with a jacuzzi which is available for guests to use. Both the terrace and the yard are rich in amenities for children, including table football, swings, and various other facilities, making it a perfect choice for families with kids. * Security deposit is 100 euros and it is refundable on departure if no damage occurred.
