Property info

This traditional Dalmatian stone house is located in Ruskovići, a small village near Orebić, great little beach town that offers everything you might need on your vacation. It is situated right at the bottom of a great mountain with a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea and the Island of Korcula. Floor plan of the house is exceptional. Kitchen and a living-room are located on the ground floor, while all the bedrooms are situated on the upper floors of the house. First floor opens to a patio with a swimming pool, and a yard with a completely furnished summer kitchen, including barbecue area and a big terrace. Nicely equipped gym room with a bathroom, playground, and a spacious parking lot are just some of the amenities this house has to offer. This house is very private, and area around it is very peaceful. The only noise you might hear is the chirping of the crickets. Several great beaches are only short car ride away. A hiking trail, leading to the top of the Sveti Ilija mountain is also nearby. If you wish to sample local wines, your wonderful hosts, Mario and his wife, will offer them to you from their own wine cellar.

Neighborhood info

Orebić is the picturesque sunny town situated at the south-western part of the Peljesac peninsula, at the bottom of the St. Elias hill (Sv. Ilija 961m). Long beaches and numerous small bays with crystal clear sea-water are surrounded with untouched nature with hundred years old pines and cypress trees, agaves and flowers. Because of the average air temperature of 9.1oC in January to 26.5oC in July, Orebić makes trips to nature desirable during whole year.
