Welcome to our holiday home on the beautiful island of Rab – a place where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the Mediterranean way of life. The house is located in a peaceful area, only about 250 metres from the sea and the beautiful seaside promenade leading to the historic old town of Rab. Within walking distance you will find a supermarket, several restaurants and a children's playground. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, one bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs you will find two additional spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom. Guests can enjoy a covered terrace with a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a private garage and an additional parking space nearby. This makes parking easy even for guests arriving with two cars. The house has been lovingly furnished to create a warm, peaceful and welcoming atmosphere from the very first moment.
Our greatest wish is for you to feel comfortable and truly welcome throughout your stay. If I am not on the island during your visit, my mother, who lives nearby, will be happy to welcome you and assist you with anything you may need. I am always available by phone and will gladly share my personal recommendations for the most beautiful beaches, restaurants and hidden gems of the island. We hope you will not only visit Rab, but truly experience everything this wonderful island has to offer.
The Petra supermarket is only a few minutes' walk away, and the popular Leut restaurant is also nearby. The sea is just 250 metres from the house. A beautiful seaside promenade starts there and leads towards the historic old town of Rab. The old town can be reached on foot in around 40 minutes or by car in just 5–6 minutes. About 1.5 km from the house there is a pier where a boat operates regularly throughout the day to Rab Old Town. The boat trip takes approximately 20–30 minutes, and offers beautiful views of the coastline and the old town from the sea. For many visitors, this relaxing boat ride becomes one of the highlights of their stay on Rab.
