This beautiful house consists of 2 apartments (one is located on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor). The apartments have a total capacity for up to 10 people. Ground floor: kitchen with dining room and living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. 1st floor: kitchen with dining room and living room, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with two beds), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony with sea view. There is an outdoor pool with a beautiful, covered terrace with barbecue facilities. The owner lives in the same house, in a separate apartment. Use of the outdoor area and pool is for guests only. All guests who spend their holidays in this facility until May 15 and after September 15 can use 5 bicycles and 1 hour of tennis courts free of charge every day. Guests who spend their vacation between May 15 and September 15, have the opportunity to rent a bike at a price of 7. 00 eur / bike / day. The house is not suitable for housing a group of young people

If you continue along the promenade from Crikvenica, you will reach the small coastal town of Dramalj. It is characterized by Mediterranean climate, lush vegetation, clear sea and plenty of sunshine. On some beaches you can experience numerous attractions. On the Kačjak peninsula in Dramalj there is a tourist complex that contains bungalows, sports and recreation center with sports fields, a night club and numerous restaurants and cafes with a wonderful view of Krk. Also, Dramalj is an excellent choice if you are going on vacation with children and it would be interesting to see what the summer carnival that takes place in this cute Kvarner town looks like.
