The two bedroom nature house, for up to 4 persons, is located directly on the sea in the bay of Žinčena, on the island of Pašman. All the rooms in the house are on the ground floor. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining room contains a fireplace. In the kitchen there is a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove on gas with 4 burners and an oven, and a SAT-TV, WIFI and a radio. The two bedrooms are both equipped with double beds. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and both of the bathrooms, whose equipment includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included; fresh will arrive once a week. Beach towels are not available. The roofed terrace is equipped with seating furniture. There is a built barbecue outside and another set of sitting furniture next to the sea. Two sun beds are also included in the equipment of this holiday house. The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing

Tkon is a typical fishing village and port, and it is also called the "gate of Kornati". It is located on the southeastern part of the island Pašman, and the municipality also occupies the area of ​​13 nearby islets. The most important activity of Tkon is the fishing of clams (kunjke) in the Pašman channel, which got its name from Kun, which is the local name for Tkon. When visiting Tkon, you will certainly be charmed by the natural sandy beaches: Vruljice, Zmorašnja, Raja and Poljane (with a big summer beach party). Zaklopica bay is a paradise for adventurers, sailboats and yachts. During your stay in Tkon, you can also attend some traditional events, such as "Đir po konal", a regatta that gathers lovers of traditional wooden boats, or "Fishermen's Night".
