The house has a large kitchen with dining area joint to the living room where is one couchbed for two. From the living room a spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where you'll find the second bed (for two) as well as the bedroom which is the only room that has a door. Bathrooms are on both floors. This open space appartment-house is ideal for a family with kids. It's entirely new renovated and has 85m2 in total, a separate entrance, two balconies, own private parking, barbecue fireplace. Since the house is in the old ancient town, the street in front of this house is a bit narrow. Your car shouldn't be longer than 4,60m and not wider that 1,81m to be able to pass the street and reach our house. For bigger cars we recommend a public parking 200m away from the house where it is safe. But in summertime it's often packed and occupied because of high tourism

In the picturesque bay, where one of the most beautiful rivers, the Krka river, meets the sea, is the oldest Croatian autochthonous city on the coast - Šibenik. The rich history of the city is evidenced by 4 towers, 3 of which surround it from the mainland: Barone, St. John and St. Mihovil and one guards the sea access: the fortress of St. Nicholas, which was declared a UNESCO monument. In addition to the above, Šibenik can boast of another UNESCO monument - the impressive cathedral of St. Jacob from the 15th century, which was built exclusively of stone. Šibenik is also adorned with natural beauty: National Park Krka, National Park Kornati and the Vrana Lake Nature Park. What Šibenik is famous for in the world is that it is the first city in the world to have public lighting using alternating current, which justifies its nickname - the City of Light.
