The holiday house is located directly on the beach on the island of Pašman, in the bay of Landjin, where there is a restaurant, which is a favourite among boaters with its Dalmatian cuisine. The house can be rented throughout the year. The island of Pašman is only a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na moru (ferries on this route run more than ten times a day). This vacation home has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and another single bed. In the living room there is a sofa on which another person can sleep, so this house can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and cutlery, kitchen towels, a sponge and dish detergent, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a gas hob. An outdoor shower and barbecue are also available. Pets are welcome for an additional charge. Please indicate in your inquiry how many pets you are traveling with. The house is accessible by private vehicle approx. 40m to the Landjin bay, on a rough improvised road, which can be significantly damaged due to inclement weather (rain), and therefore careful and slow driving is definitely required. The parking lot is free of charge
