Welcome Modern family house just 150 meters from the sandy beach. It conists of two apartments (A1 100 square meters and A2 70 square meters ). The first one, 100 square meters of living space (ground floor apartment) consists of two large rooms (15 square meters )(one double and one single bed per room), huge living room with sofa, dining table and TV set (30 square meters ), bathroom (10 square meters ) with all necessary equipment (hair drier, iron, washing machine, bathtub), kitchen with all appliances (electric induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, coffee machine, blender), two terraces (with sitting garniture for 8 person and deck chairs) with grill and 200 square meters of green garden suitable for small children playing as well as for sunbathing. The other one, 1st floor apartment (approximately 70 square meters of living space) has the separate entrance from the back of the house. It consists of two large rooms (14 square meters) (one double bed per room), huge living room with sofa, sitting area and TV set, modern and spacious kitchen with bar, all appliances (electric induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, blender...)
