This spacious holiday home is located in the Winnetou village near Novi Vinodolski, in the district of Ledenice-Breze. A bit out of the way you will find here a small oasis of retreat. The house can accommodate 4-6 people and is divided into 2 bedrooms, a living area with fully equipped kitchen and dining room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living area has a sofa bed for two more people. A highlight of the house is the large fireplace in the middle of the living area. A small balcony from the bedroom with double bed offers a nice view. Furthermore, there is a spacious terrace with garden and barbecue. Internet, satellite TV and parking on the property are included in the price. Pets are welcome.
