This four-bedroom Robinson-type holiday home for up to 7 people is located 40m from the beach in Lanđin Bay on the island of Pašman. This bay is often visited by sailing boats because of the restaurant located 600m from the house, which is famous for its Dalmatian cuisine. This is a two storey house. The house is accessible by car, to the distance of approximately 300m, to the Lanđin bay, by a white, uneven road. This improvised road can be significantly damaged due to weather conditions (rain), so careful and slow driving is required. Cold running water from a tank is installed in the kitchen, as well as in both bathrooms with showers. Since the water in the tank is stored at high temperatures during the summer, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank can be used directly for cooking and washing. The water tank has a capacity of 80,000 l. 220V electricity is solar-powered, but other electrical devices may not be used except for household appliances and battery chargers. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for guests, and fresh ones are made available after each week of stay
