The villa is a semi-detached property with private parking and private entrance. The house has a beautiful terrace with, table, and chairs, a backyard with lounging chairs and a picnic table, and a garden filled with tasty fruits, vegetables, and spices. We hope we created a place that feels like home providing guests with clean beds, sheets, towels etc.
52 years old and family guy. Working as a professor of Naval architecture at Faculty of engineering Rijeka. I like all outdoor activities. I run it together with my wife Mladenka with the help of our children Hrvoje and Mihaela.
The neighborhood is cozy and very quiet, away from the dense crowds. It's just few minutes away from the beach and the city center of Malinska by car. We can recommend free parking lots in either.
