Split Industrial rooms are a brand new addition to the Split design accommodation offer. The rooms offer a special touch from our interior designer Sandra Mateljan, of darker colors, cooler feeling and many themed details. Each room has its story, named firefighter, handyman, and mechanic. This accommodation stands out and can be very attractive for guests that want to calm down and cool off after a sunny and busy day in Split with all of its sites and activities.

Your host and the property manager is Goran. He will greet you once you make a reservation with us, reply to any inquiries and arrangements beforehand, and take care of you during your stay. Feel free to ask him about any activities or questions you might have as he works in tourism for several years and has international education and experience.

This is a calm neighborhood with all the attractions of the city center within 5 minutes walking. There is a restaurant called Babilon on the same street for some food if you don't want to walk to town.
