In Fresh Holidaj house moderno je opremljen i ima sve potrebno za ugodan boravak. Nalazi se uz sami centar Šibenik, savršeno lociran za doći do grada, plaže ili koncerta na tvrđavi Sv. Mihovila., a s druge strane nudi boravak u mirnom okruženju koji Vam osigurava miran san i zvukove prirode. U kući boravite potpuno sami, nitko Vas ne ometa, te Vam omogućujmo samostalni chech in. Šibenik je savršeno lociran između dva nacionalna parka, u srcu Dalmacije i tako Vam omogućuje da odmor maksimalno iskoristite. Parking Vam je osiguran i nalazi se odmah ispred objekta. Dođite i uživajte.

Četvrt se prostire uz obalu, a danas predstavlja važno središte sporta, rekreacije i urbanog razvoja Kuća se nalazi u djelu Crnice koji graniči sa starim gradom, odmah blizu zidina, mora i tvrđave SV, Mihovila.
