Okružene zelenilom, na osami u mirnom djelu grada,udaljene samo 900 m od stare gradske jezgre i centra grada.Prekrasno prostrano dvorište sa puno zelenila ,velikom terasom i divnim pogledom na rijeku Dunav.U sklopu imanja kušaonica pjenušaca,vina i čokoladni pralina građena u tradicijskom stilu.Na imanju šetnica uz Dunav i mogućnost promatranja i slušanja velikog broja ptica .
