Quietly located spacious villa on a hill in Vinisce, only 2 km away from the village and the beach, with a magnificent view of the Adriatic coast and islands. Only 12 km from Trogir (UNESCO World Heritage) and 25 minutes from Split airport. Nearest restaurants a few minutes by car. The private house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. It comes with a heated swimming pool, large terrace and garden with garden furniture, lounge and outdoor kitchen. Parking for 3 cars, free wi-fi, satellite TV, 2 e-bikes and bbq available. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, all cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer, 2nd refrigerator in storage, extractor hood, full cutlery and crockery, electrical household appliances (mixer, traditional coffee maker with filter, Nespresso, kettle).
Krka national park with beautiful waterfalls. Trogir: UNESCO world heritage. Historical center of Split with the Palace of Diocletian (UNESCO). Sibenik: nice center with St-James cathedral (UNESCO as well). Various walking / hiking / biking facilities. Zadar is 1h30 drive and also UNESCO heritage.
