Welcome to Kuća kod Fajdara! Kuća kod Fajdara is a small, but peaceful countryside retreat nestled at the egde of the small village Vele Mune. Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers the perfect combination of privacy, comfort and relaxation throughout the season, while remaining within easy driving distance of Opatija, Rijeka, Istria and Slovenia. It's a cozy little house that provides you everything needed for your relaxed vacation. This is a house Ennio's father was born in and it's our weekend house now and we hope you'll love it as much as we do. The house is ideal for couples, small families and groups of friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Guests can enjoy a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a private hot tub, a covered terrace, a spacious barbecue area, a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, covered private parking and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The House is divided in two very different areas - the upstairs is for "living" and the downstairs is for "playing". For fun and relaxation, the property features a dedicated games area with a billiard table, table football, table tennis, and darts. After an active day exploring the surrounding area, unwind in the hot tub under a star-filled sky while enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature. The upper floor offers a small, cozy bedroom and a modern bathroom. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, allowing the house to accommodate families or small groups with ease. Please note that, due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate a baby cot. Therefore, our property is not suitable for children under the age of 3. Thank you for your understanding.

We are spouses who love to meet new people. One of us talks a lot and the other one is not as talkative (we'll let you guess which of us is louder). Our goal is to make every guest feel at home. Vele Mune is a rural, quiet village located in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. Your vacation will start by driving through woods and enjoying all the greenery around you. Since you will be surrounded by nature, you'll enjoy some slow paced life. A rush of adrenaline might come from seeing some wildlife around the House and on the road. Kuća kod Fajdara is perfectly located for discovering some of Croatia's and Slovenia's most beautiful destinations. Hiking, cycling and nature enthusiasts will also find numerous trails nearby. Once you are here you are very close to Slovenia, but you can also explore the beautiful Istria and evergreen areas of Gorski kotar. You can visit the "Pearl of the Adriatic", Opatija, which is just 28 km away and enjoy the charm of ancient times. Opatija is only the beginning of places that are interesting - don't miss visit to Rijeka, Kastav or one of smaller places by the sea promenade - Lungomare that connects all the small places from Volosko to Lovran. After spending the day in the sun, enjoy a pleasant evening in Vele Mune where you will need something to warm you up at night since the temperatures here are lower than those closer to the sea.
