This villa is located in beautiful and peaceful area of countryside, just above town of smoked ham, Drniš. Surrounded with nature, forest and mountain Promina, you can find relaxing and "battery charging" holiday in our villa, which is combination of modern and traditional dalmatian style. The house and garden perfectly evoke the typical appearance of a Dalmatian home and uniquely combine the beauty of a traditional exterior with modern , tastefully decorated interior . The whole complex is dominated by bright colors , stone , greenery and Mediterranean plants that will surely impress and , most importantly , provide you with an excellent environment for relaxation and a perfect holiday in nature . The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy. Guests have access to whole property: House, private parking, swimming pool 32 sq.m.The house is located in a quiet area that guarantees complete rest without any noise or interference from neighbours. Only 8 km from villa is breathtaking, UNESCO protected Waterfalls Krka with little island Visovac and magnificent Roški slap where you can take a lunch.

Only 8 km from villa is breathtaking, UNESCO protected Waterfalls Krka with little island Visovac and magnificent Roški slap where you can take a lunch. Also, 5 km away the is Drniš,there are plenty restaurants with domestic food, bars, museum,shops...
