La Terza is our newly renovated house in village Milohnic on Krk island.
Together with villa Elm and villa Mulberry our project of renovating all of our heritage houses we inherited is now completed.
La Teraza features one double bedroom with private shower bathroom. It is located on the first floor. From the bedroom, guests have access to the balcony where they can enjoy warm summer night.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and one shower bathroom.
In front of the house guests have a large terrace with grill available.
The house is fully air conditioned.
We are Milohnic family. We recently decided to renovate this old house and make it a perfect choice for summer vacation. We also own the Villa Mulberry and restaurant Pud Brest where you can try home made local food, our home grown vegetables, hand made sheep cheese and different types of liqueurs that we make by our selves.
We offer also breakfast for all our villas guests.
Milohnici is a small village on the north-western part of the island. Summer is great to enjoy sun and sea on one of many beaches around the village and winters are perfect for exploring many cycling and walking trails around Milohnici.
