Centrally located in the UNESCO-protected Dubrovnik’s Old Town, within the city walls, La Vita e Bella I is a beautiful holiday villa for a family or a group of friends (can accommodate 4+2) or a couple who wishes to enjoy Dubrovnik with style. What you're getting: Ground floor: a kitchen, bathroom with a shower, a room with a huge and comfortable double bed, TV, and AC 1st floor: a cozy living room with TV, lots of books, and a piano; sofa can be extended as an extra bed, AC 2nd floor: a sleeping room with a huge and comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a bath, and a stunning view of Dubrovnik Old Town, including the Adriatic Sea and Lovrijenac Fortress; TV and AC. Outside: a small patio with a table for 4+2. The floors are connected by stairs. There’s no elevator in the house. The interior design is cozy, warm, rich in materials and amenities, stylish, and elegant. There’s a flat-screen TV on every floor, a safe deposit box, a huge bookshelf and a piano, bathrooms are fully equipped, also with complimentary high-end toiletries, there are bathrobes available, a hairdryer, an ironing set, and complimentary sleepers, flip-flops, and hats. La Vita e Bella I - Plovani Skalini villa is situated in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town, with all the important landmarks just around the corner. You’ll find Sponza Palace a few minutes walk away, Stradun street is even closer. Onofrio's Fountain is just below our villa, as well as many shops, restaurants and bars. Banje beach is less than 15 minutes walk away. The nearest airport is Dubrovnik Airport, 19 km from the property. As you will soon learn, taking stairs up and down the charming little streets of Dubrovnik Old Town is part of the experience. This is how people have been doing it for centuries around here, and we recommend you do the same. Stroll along the narrow streets, explore, get lost, get found, enjoy the rich history of this amazing city. PLEASE, NOTE: The property is situated in the Dubrovnik Old Town, and as in the big part of Dubrovnik, there are stairs to be climbed to reach the house. The closest gate to the property is Buža gate ("Buzha gate"), so we recommend you enter the Old Town there.
