The apartments are located by the sea in a peaceful residential area. They are surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden filled with bay laurels, cypresses, olive trees, and figs. The house has three apartments, each with its own terrace or balcony (partially or completely covered). A beautiful stone barbecue in the yard is available for all guests to use. Parking for cars with large sliding gates, as well as a bicycle holder, are in the yard itself.
We are located in a very attractive location by the sea. The first beach "Luke" is only 70m away (1min walk). Next to this city beach, there is a playground for children, exercise equipment, restrooms, cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, and a boat rental service. On the southwestern side, behind our house along the road, 900m away (10min walk) is the natural beach "Pod Vrške" with the peninsula "Škojić" facing the open sea and the Kornati National Park. Next to the beach, there is a beautiful promenade with a view of the sunset. There are also catering facilities with restrooms near the beach. We will gladly guide you to all other beaches on the island of Murter.
