This 4* holiday house "Lavanda" is over 100 year old stone house, completely renovated in authentic style, equipped with original furniture and details. It is located just 1,2 km from the beach Dunat in rural and peaceful environment without traffic, so it is ideal for families with children. It is surrounded with 500 m2 charming Mediterranean garden with olive trees and fragrant herbs that will provide you peaceful privacy surroundings and unforgettable holiday. It has two spacious floors total floor area of 104 m². The ground floor is an open space concept and consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms - two with double bed, and third one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower. The house is suitable for 6 people. Both floors are air conditioned. When You step out of the living room You find yourself on a beautiful large terrace area of 60 m² with pergola, barbeque and a large dining table with chairs where You will spend most of your time in an idyllic atmosphere. Two private parking spaces are available on the premises.

We are family from Zagreb and like sea, nature and peaceful authentic Mediterranean environment, and this is the reason we decided to renovate this stone house in traditional style retaining its original appearance and using natural materials to fit in the environment. House is 1.2 km away from the Dunat beach. Kornic is a village located 6 km from the town Krk and 3 km from the marina Punat. It is located in the centar of the island and in 20 minutes you can reach all the places and beaches on both side of island. In the village You can find (300 m) a supermarket, restaurant, coffee shop, church, bakery shop, and post office. Across the Dunat beach is a nice small island Kosljun with a Franciscan monastery which we highly recommend You to visit. Except swimming, diving and sunbathing You can also go wakeboarding and windsurfing and experience the activities for which the Dunat beach is famous for. If you are a bicycle fan you will be glad to hear that the whole island is very well connected through bicycle paths. There are also many walking routes. You can choose from many beautiful beaches across the island, like the "Dražica beach" only 4 km away, "Buka beach" in Punat 6 km away or the most famous one "Vela beach" in Baška known for its high eco standards and sea clarity. The whole island is worth exploring because of its historical heritage, natural beauties and gourmet kitchen.
