The House is located in a quiet district separate from the major traffic jams, and yet is well connected with public transportation. Public transport station is 200 m away from the House. The ferry port and the bus station are all within 1, 2 km, and the old city centre on 15 min walking. The nearest beaches are also on a 10-15 min walking. The neighborhood is a quiet, hospitable and friendly. We are all like one big family.

My name is Ivica. I was born in Dubrovnik in 1973. And currently live and work in Zagreb. I have a company that deals with trade of medical products. I love to travel, getting to know new places and people. Also I love to host friends. This is one of the reasons why I chose to be here. Be my guest, I look forward to.
