Dear Mrs/Mr ! Thank you for choosing apartment Hyperion as a perfect place for your vacation. We did our best ensure you can lay back and relax in new equipped and luxuriously decorated apartment. Every detail was carefully selected, quality crafted and designed according to the highest level. All rooms have air conditioning. The beautfully landscaped garden with a marble masonry grill and the swimming pool are for exclusive private use (not share with enybody). Not only this stunning estate offers impeccably designed inner space spread across the entire ground floor of the urban villa, but you are also provided with entirely private, carefully landscaped exterior which includes: private terrace for relaxing with a sea view, additional teracce for dining, fully equiped wood grill, large formal garden (217 square meters) which opens up from the kitchen and living room and sunny backyard with private pool and specious sundeck ideally positioned to enjoy on the sun sets.
