An ideal and comfortable and cosy studio apartment for a weekend getaway or business stay in the most attractive and largest neighborhood in the city of Osijek, near the Opus Arena stadium (1.7 km), not far from the Portanova shopping center (1.5 km), the Gospodarski centar (3.3 km), the city center (2.7 km), and various city attractions just a few minutes' drive by car or bicycle. The facility has a garage that can be reserved with prior notice and additional payment, as well as an additional parking space in front of the facility. Also on offer are bicycles (two for adults and two for children), which we recommend for trips around Baranja and the Kopački rit nature park, which is only a 15km bike ride from the apartment.
The Retfala district is extremely well connected by public transport to all parts of the city. It is home to the Opus Arena football stadium, home of the Osijek football club. The best and largest Osijek shopping center "Portanova" and several smaller shopping centers that complement each other very well in terms of content. Several ceremonial halls for weddings. The Osijek Economic Center, where various fairs and gastronomic events are organized throughout the year.
