We are particularly proud of our extra large terraces that offer a full privacy and a beautiful ocean view. All the properties in this area are situated on the picturesque hill with a beautiful greenery. We are currently offering two apartments with a third luxury addition coming soon. Each of the apartments is a two-bedroom specious unit, with a separate private entrances and accommodates a maximum of 4 persons. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas along with a free secured parking on our property site.
We have more than 25 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality industry in US, Canada, Australia, Germany and Italy. During your stay we are available 24/7 for your convenience and will be happy to accommodate any requests you may have. We speak English, German, Russian, Italian and Croatian languages.
Primošten is one of the world's most spectacular destinations - a small, quaint and picturesque village with the old-fashioned Dalmatian paste of life and crystal clear turquoise waters. Apartments Mar Vista is situated in one of the most peaceful and quiet bays in Primošten. The closest beach is only 450 meters, and center of Primošten 700 meters away. An airport transfers, small boat excursions, bike and boat rentals are available at a surcharge. The closest airports are Split, 45 km away, and Zadar, 70 km away. There are a plenty of scenic hiking and bike routes with a breathtaking ocean views and lookouts for one of the most unforgettable journeys you can ever experience. It is rather interesting to know that Primosten is called a “Beach Town” as it offers a variety of a spectacular beach locations. All the beaches are a small-children friendly and they have an easy access in and out of the ocean. There are two different directions to chose: the first one is called Marina Lucica and is very pristine area with untouched nature surrounded with pine trees and is reachable through a slightly hilly terrain. Another direction will take you to Primosten center and offers a variety of public beaches that are perhaps more family friendly as they are stretching along the promenade, shops, cafes and restaurants and offer a rental sun umbrellas.
