Fantastic villa with swimming pool, terrace & children's playground. Quiet, unique & picturesque location out of the city. Garden with own vegetables for use. Villa Matia I is only 27 km from the beach and the sea and only 7 km from the natural phenomena of Red and Blue Sea. Restaurants and cafes are 4 km away. House has a private swimming pool (38m²). There is a covered terrace with barbecue. A wide variety of activities for children and adults, including: child-friendly playground, volley ball net, trampoline, baby swings, football playground. Relax on the large terrace at the outdoor dining table or just sunbathe on the sun loungers under the golden Croatian sun. Indoor area is divided in two separate flats and disposes with five bedrooms, two bathrooms and one extra toilet. Parking is available on site.

Villa Matija is located near the city Imotski and it is the best choice if you seek for peace and quiet during your holidays. Property is just an hour driving from the Split Airport and famous Riva Split where you can enjoy beautiful sea view, magnificent sunsets and experience true Dalmatian culture and cuisine. Makarska is just 30 minutes long drive from the property. You can drive to the nearest motorway entrance in just 10 minutes, which allows you to visit all of the major cities in a short amount of time. Imotski (10 minutes), Trogir (1 hour), Split (40 minutes), Zadar (1 hour and a half), ... There are also four national parks nearby: NP Krka (1 hour).
